3. Chemical Composition (Max Mass Fraction, %)

C≤0.20, Si≤0.55, Mn≤1.70, P≤0.025, S≤0.015, Ni, Cr, Mo and other micro-alloy elements are properly added to improve fatigue resistance and low-temperature performance.

5. Delivery Condition & Quality Assurance

Delivery Condition: Hot rolled, Normalized, Thermo-Mechanically Controlled Process

Surface Treatment: Mill finish, shot blasted, anti-rust primed

Quality Control: 100% ultrasonic testing, full dimensional inspection and mechanical property test. Complete mill test certificates are provided with full production traceability.
