Adopting ultra-clean smelting, fine grain control, controlled rolling and precise heat treatment processes, this product combines high strength, excellent low-temperature toughness, outstanding ductility, favorable weldability and superior anti-brittle fracture performance. It can maintain stable mechanical properties and high safety under low-temperature service conditions, effectively avoiding brittle failure risks. It is widely used in low-temperature structural parts, engineering machinery, offshore facilities, storage tanks, bridge steel structures, vehicle components and other fields that require both high bearing capacity and low-temperature service stability.

- Q355NE: Yield Strength ≥355MPa, Tensile Strength 470-630MPa, Elongation ≥21%, Charpy V-Notch Impact Energy ≥34J at -50°C

- Q460ND: Yield Strength ≥460MPa, Tensile Strength 570-720MPa, Elongation ≥17%, Charpy V-Notch Impact Energy ≥34J at -40°C

- Q690D: Yield Strength ≥690MPa, Tensile Strength 770-940MPa, Elongation ≥14%, Charpy V-Notch Impact Energy ≥27J at -40°C

C≤0.20, Si≤0.60, Mn≤1.80, P≤0.025, S≤0.015, with trace microalloying elements for grain refinement and low-temperature toughness improvement.

Thickness: 4mm-120mm; Width: 1500mm-4200mm; Length: 3000mm-12000mm; customized size cutting and processing are available according to customer requirements.

5. Delivery Condition & Quality Assurance

Delivery Condition: Thermo-Mechanically Controlled Process (TMCP), Normalized (N), Quenched and Tempered (Q&T)

Surface Treatment: Mill surface, shot blasted, anti-rust primed

Quality Control: Full dimensional inspection, ultrasonic testing (UT) available, complete mill test certificates (MTC) provided, with full quality and performance traceability.
